1. What Resay is

Resay is an iOS app that rewrites text you provide in different tones using third-party language models. Resay is operated by Morco Labs. These terms cover both the app and the resay.app website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Resay. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in with Apple Sign In. You're responsible for the activity on your account. Don't share access. If you suspect unauthorized use, email us.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Resay offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, available as weekly or annual plans. Pricing, trial details, and billing are handled by Apple. Your subscription auto-renews until you cancel. Cancel in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Resay. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Resay to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or designed to deceive a recipient about who is writing the message. Don't use Resay to bypass any safety measure in the underlying language models. Don't try to break or abuse the service, including scraping, automated reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract proprietary prompts.

We can suspend or close any account that violates these rules.

6. Your content

You own what you write and what Resay rewrites for you. By submitting content to Resay, you grant us a limited license to process it through our pipeline (including sending it to third-party model providers) and to store it for your access in History. That's the only license we need or take.

7. Our content

The Resay name, logo, app interface, prompt design, and tone catalog are owned by Morco Labs. You can't copy or resell them.

8. Third-party services

Resay uses third-party services to operate, including Apple (sign-in and payments), Cloudflare (hosting), OpenAI and Google (language models), Firebase (auth and crash reporting), RevenueCat (subscription state), PostHog (analytics), Meta and TikTok (ad attribution). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

Resay rewrites are generated by AI and can be wrong, off-tone, or inappropriate for a given situation. Always read what you're about to send. We provide Resay on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Morco Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Resay. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You can stop using Resay at any time and request account deletion by emailing us. We can suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Morco Labs is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
