How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in the App Store, not in Resay. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Resay. From there you can cancel, change plan, or restart a cancelled subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple declines and you think you have a case, email us and we'll take a look.
Where does the rewrite happen?
On our servers. The text you paste is sent to the rewrite model, the result comes back, and both are stored against your account so you can find them in History. We don't sell your text and we don't train AI models on your messages.
How long is my history kept?
Seven days on the free tier. Unlimited on Pro.
I lost my account. How do I restore it?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used originally. Your history, presets, and subscription state are tied to that ID. If you used Apple's Hide My Email and lost the alias, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll help.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it, including every rewrite you've ever submitted. The deletion is permanent and there's no recovery.
Does Resay work offline?
No. Rewrites need an internet connection because the model runs on our servers, not on your phone.
Is voice input recorded?
Your voice is transcribed and the audio is discarded immediately. Only the transcribed text is stored, and only as part of your rewrite history.
